We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Equipment may not be returned by Buyer without written authorization by ELECTROWELD INDUSTRIES; however, customized equipment may not be returned. Any Equipment returned shall be subject to 20% restocking fee on purchase price and full shipping costs for return paid by the buyer. Shortage or damage to Equipment must be noted by Buyer (or its agent) on the freight bill or bill of lading upon arrival at destination; if no notation is made, Company shall be entitled to assume there was no shortage or damage

To start the return process, please contact ELECTROWELD INDUSTRIES Customer Service for a Return Authorization number (RMA). You will be required to provide:
- Valid Invoice Number
- Your name and/or organization name
- Your address
- Your contact Phone number
- The serial number of the product
- A description of why the equipment needs to be returned.
- Bring or ship the product prepaid in the original container, with the associated accessories, to ELECTROWELD INDUSTRIES at the address: 5, Hira Compound, R.C Marg, Mahul Road, Chembur ,Mumbai INDIA- 400074.
- ELECTROWELD INDUSTRIES is not responsible for any returned product without an assigned RMA.
- BUYER to pay for shipping the product to ELECTROWELD INDUSTRIES and also pay for any bank transaction fees associated with the refund. Any additional brokerage, customs, and duty fees associated with international shipments are the customer's responsibility

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom built equipment. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. For defective items under this category please refer to the Electroweld Product Warranty Information.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
